good location near gubeng, 15 min on foot. we were near to some popular places like jalan pahlawan. tunjungan neighborhood is worth looking into. honestly nothing bothered us.

Comfortable bed & good breakfast. Welcome base for city break in Surabaya. Sushi tei plaza tunjugan, which is placed only 700 feet away, is a nice dining choice

The hotel had a great location near many shopping centers and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the room temperature was not adjustable. the breakfast selection was limited and not appealing.

We had a marvelous stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Surabaya. The location was unbeatable, right next to a bustling shopping mall in the center of town. Being avid shoppers, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, and we were thrilled to find a bath included. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast room offered an impressive array of delicious options, leaving us fully satisfied. And let's not forget the amazing swimming pool on the eighth floor. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings, enjoying the cooler weather. All in all, this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
Without a doubt, we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel's location was convenient for shopping and dining, as it was situated near a mall and food options were easy to come by. the staff were helpful and pleasant, and facilities like the pool were enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, although a few minor maintenance issues were present.
Breakfast choices were limited and not suited to Western tastes.

Great central location with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the 24-hour room service and the complimentary Wi-Fi.
The breakfast options were limited and the coffee was mediocre. The gym facilities were outdated and could use some improvement. Additionally, despite the central location, the noise level in the room was a bit higher than I expected, which could be an issue for light sleepers. a decent hotel for a business trip, but there's room for improvement in some areas.
